Construction of refrigerated Semi  trailer:

1、 The refrigerated Semi trailer is composed of the walking part of the special vehicle chassis, the insulated and insulated compartment body (usually composed of polyurethane material, fiberglass, color steel plate, stainless steel, etc.), the refrigeration unit, the temperature recorder inside the compartment, and other components. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook cars, optional parts such as meat hook, waist, aluminum alloy guide rail, ventilation groove, etc. can be added.

2、 Manufacturing process of refrigerated compartment body:

1. Injection foam type for segmented assembly;

2. Injecting foam into the overall skeleton;

3. Splitting and assembling “sandwich” board adhesive type.
