40ft Skeleton semi-trailer
40ft and 20ftx2 container Skeleton semi-trailers are specially used to transport containers. Skeleton container semi trailer equipped with 12 twist lock. When the container is hoisted onto the frame trailer, the corner hole at the bottom of the container just falls into the twist lock position, and the container and the frame trailer can be locked by turning the twist lock handle.
The frame semi-trailer is welded by longitudinal beams, cross beams, and front and rear beams. The longitudinal beam is made of high-quality 16Mn steel plate submerged arc welded into an I-shape.
The cross beams are stamped into channel shapes using high-quality steel plates, and the front and rear end beams are welded with rectangular sections. The container locking device in the middle is equipped with an integral long beam to improve the load-bearing capacity of the container locking device.
The entire frame is shot blasted, assembled and welded on a special positioning platform. The structural design of the skeleton semi-trailer is very practical, high-strength and beautiful in appearance. Container fastening devices are installed on the frame, which can accommodate both 40-foot and 20-foot standard containers.
